From the hands of the Counsellor of Agriculture, Fishing, Food and Water, the Valencian community presents its gastronomic range at the most important food fair in Europe.

A total of 74 companies from Valencia will attend the event, 22 of them with their own stands and 20 doing so through the space reserved by ASOCIEX, the Professional Association of Fruit from the Province of Castellón, and 32 of them participating under the institutional pavilion of the Generalitat Valenciana.
